Our story started on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. My barber interrupted one haircut six times to answer the phone. I sat there listening to him talk to other clients almost as long as he was actually cutting my hair. I thought I wouldn't be coming back, and that's why I decided to put together a team that would solve this specific problem for barber shops in Serbia.
