Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Blade.rs (we, us) and clients (you) who engage us to design and build websites or mobile apps. By submitting the contact form or signing an engagement agreement with us, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
Blade.rs is an independent studio designing and building custom websites and mobile apps for barber shops. The studio is not yet formally registered as a legal entity and operates as a natural person based in the Republic of Serbia.

Services We Offer
We offer three packages:
- App, a branded mobile app for iOS and Android with booking, reminders, and a loyalty program.
- Website, a responsive, SEO-optimized site with online booking and Google Business setup.
- Bundle, the app and website together, for a complete digital presence.
Each package includes design, development, launch, and initial setup. The exact scope of every engagement is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
How the Engagement Works
- You submit the contact form or reach us directly at info@blade.rs.
- We respond within 24 hours with clarifying questions or a proposed scope.
- Once scope is agreed, we send a written quote summarizing deliverables, price, timeline, and payment terms.
- Work begins after you accept the quote in writing (email counts) and pay the first instalment.
- We deliver on the agreed timeline, incorporate feedback, and launch.
Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply depending on your country of residence.
- One-time build fee: 50% due before we start, 50% due on delivery.
- Monthly subscription (hosting, maintenance, support): billed from the month of launch, payable monthly in advance.
- Promotional offers (such as first X clients get the one-time fee waived) apply only while the offer is announced on the website and are confirmed individually in the quote.
Payment instructions are sent with each invoice. Late payment may pause ongoing work until settled.
Your Responsibilities
To let us deliver on time, you agree to:
- Provide the content we need (shop name, services list, prices, photos, logo, contact details) by the dates we agree.
- Give timely feedback on design drafts and copy, typically within 3 business days.
- Give us access to the third-party accounts needed to launch (domain registrar, Google Business Profile, app store accounts when applicable).
- Make sure any content you send us is yours to use, or properly licensed.
Delays caused by missing content or late feedback shift the delivery timeline accordingly.
Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery times, measured from the start of work:
- Website: 2 weeks.
- Mobile app: 2 weeks.
- Bundle (website + app): 3 to 4 weeks.
Timelines assume timely content delivery and feedback from your side. If your project has custom scope, the timeline is set in the written quote.
Intellectual Property
After full payment of the one-time build fee:
- You own the final delivered source code of your website or app.
- You own all brand assets we produce for you (logo variants, images, copy written specifically for your shop).
We retain:
- Ownership of generic code modules, component libraries, and tooling that we reuse across projects.
- The right to feature your completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing before launch.
Monthly Subscription and Cancellation
The monthly subscription covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL certificate, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and technical support.
- Billing is month-to-month. There is no minimum contract and no early-termination fee.
- You can cancel at any time by writing to info@blade.rs. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we confirm receipt.
- If you cancel, we will export your site content and give you a reasonable window to migrate to another host.
Warranty and Bug Fixes
For 30 days after delivery, we fix any defects in the delivered work at no additional cost, provided the defect is within the originally agreed scope.
After 30 days, bug fixes and changes outside the scope are either covered by the monthly subscription (within reasonable limits) or quoted as additional work.
Refunds
- The one-time build fee is non-refundable once work has started, except where we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
- The monthly subscription is refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of a month if you cancel.
- Promotional discounts do not change refund terms.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We put our best effort into every project. However, beyond the 30-day bug warranty, the delivered work is provided as is.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic volume, Google ranking position, conversion rate, or revenue. SEO and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of business.
Privacy
Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures of third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors), natural disasters, or changes in applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
- If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and bring disputes before the court competent there.
- For business clients, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The Last updated date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email.
