Who We Are

Blade.rs is an independent studio designing and building websites and mobile apps for barber shops. The studio is not yet formally registered as a legal entity and operates as a natural person acting as the data controller for this website.

What Data We Collect

We only collect data you give us directly or that is strictly necessary to operate the site.

• Contact form: your name, shop name, email address, phone number, selected project type, and the content of your message.
• Security: to block spam, our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and basic browser information.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamp for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or profiling tools.

Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where you submit a form, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To prevent spam and abuse: legitimate interest in securing our systems.
• To meet legal obligations: for example, responding to lawful requests from authorities.

Who Receives Your Data

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, under data processing agreements:

• Resend, sends contact-form emails to our inbox. Based in the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare, provides Turnstile bot verification. Operates globally under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Hostinger, provides website hosting. Servers are located in the European Union.

No other third party receives your personal information.

International Data Transfers

Some of our processors (Resend, Cloudflare) are based outside the European Economic Area. When your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which ensure a level of protection equivalent to EU law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from the date you send the message, or shorter if your inquiry is resolved and you request deletion.
• Server logs: up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• If we enter a service agreement with you, data related to that agreement is retained as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and Serbian law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data (rectification).
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten).
• Restrict or object to our processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect past lawful processing).
• Lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs), or with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or profiling. The only cookies on this site come from Cloudflare Turnstile and are strictly necessary to protect the contact form from bots. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies without breaking the form.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption across the entire site, access controls on our email inbox, and minimal data retention. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the services we use or in the law. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on our website.
