Brijačnica Dorćol has been a Dorćol staple for over 30 years. Their reputation was built on word-of-mouth, but walk-ins were becoming unpredictable and phone bookings were eating into cutting time. They needed a web presence that felt as premium as their service — and a booking system that just worked.
What We Built
A fast, responsive website centered on an inline booking flow. Clients can see available slots, pick their barber, and book in under 30 seconds. The design pulls from the shop's exposed-brick, warm-light aesthetic — dark tones, amber accents, and typography that says "craftsmanship."
We integrated Google Calendar sync so the team always knows what's coming, and automated SMS confirmations cut no-shows in half within the first month.
