The Savamala Cut is a young, trendy barbershop in Belgrade's creative district. They already had a strong Instagram presence but no website and no way to retain clients beyond social media. They wanted the full package: a website that converts followers into bookings, and a mobile app that keeps them coming back.
What We Built
A bold, image-heavy website designed to showcase their portfolio of cuts and styles. The mobile app (iOS + Android) features push notification reminders, a digital loyalty card (every 10th cut free), and a style gallery where clients can save reference photos before their appointment.
The website and app share a single booking backend, so staff see all appointments in one place regardless of source.
Results
- App downloads hit 400+ in the first two months
- Repeat booking rate increased from 45% to 72%
- Average review score on Google jumped from 4.2 to 4.8 after in-app review prompts
- The loyalty program drove a 23% increase in visit frequency
