Vračar Grooming Co. positions itself as the premium option in Belgrade's barbershop scene. Beyond haircuts, they sell their own line of grooming products. They wanted an app that reflected their upscale brand and unified bookings, loyalty, and product sales in one place.
What We Built
A polished mobile app (iOS + Android) with three core modules: appointment booking with barber profiles and portfolio photos, a tiered loyalty program (Bronze/Silver/Gold) with increasing perks, and a mini e-commerce section for their product line with in-app checkout.
Push notifications are context-aware: reminders before appointments, restock nudges when a product might be running low, and personalized offers based on loyalty tier.
